I’ve been enjoying cigars for over 20 years, but it wasn’t until the mid-2010’s that the passion really lit up. What started as a personal ritual quickly turned into a deeper commitment to the craft, the culture, and the business behind the leaf.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working across the industry—from collaborating with brands on Instagram to writing cigar reviews and educational content. I sharpened my skills in brand marketing at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, gained valuable retail experience alongside a trusted friend in my hometown, and eventually served as Vice President of Sales for a boutique cigar company.
Outside the cigar world, I bring a decade of experience in intelligence and national security, supporting elite military units and other organizations operating in the shadows across multiple continents. That foundation, combined with my current work in cyber threat intelligence for big tech, sharpened my ability to assess risk, build trusted relationships, and operate with precision — all of which I now channel into helping cigar brands navigate complex markets with clarity and confidence.
These experiences gave me a full-spectrum view of the industry—from blend to shelf—and revealed just how many talented, passionate people need a true partner when launching a brand. That’s what inspired Legacy Leaf.
